The chair of Computer Architectures and Embedded Systems of Technical University of Ilmenau conducts research in the area of application of computers for diverse tasks in automation, measurement technology, automotive engineering, communication and many other areas. The focus is especially on configurable and reconfigurable realizations based on reconfigurable logic devices.
